Packs add a fixed amount of Processing or AI Tutor usage to your Acloom account. They cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used to buy another plan or service. If your paid plan ends, unused pack usage remains until its service-period end. Use pauses, but the 180-day period continues and is not extended. The pack becomes usable again only if an eligible paid plan resumes before it expires.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 3 hours of processing, 2 sessions and 50 AI Tutor questions. It never expires and no credit card is required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing cycle. After a paid plan lapses, source files are retained for 30 days and generated content remains available in read-only mode for 90 days.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You can upgrade, wait until the next billing cycle, or buy a relevant one-time service pack when add-ons are available. Reaching a limit does not immediately remove content you already generated. Paid-account retention after cancellation or lapse follows the 30-day source-file and 90-day read-only periods described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Are the free browser tools really free?
Yes. Image OCR, PDF text extraction, PDF merge and split, the study timer, timer and stopwatch, and QR code generator require no account. File contents are processed locally in your browser.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
What is generated automatically after processing?
After the transcript and every uploaded resource in a session are ready, Acloom starts the initial Summary, Detailed Notes, Flashcards, and Multiple Choice set automatically. Each result appears as soon as it finishes. Short Answer, Long Answer, and Essay Prep remain user-triggered.
Does the automatic study kit count toward generation limits?
Yes. Each automatic initial study-tool set counts as the first generated set for that tool and also counts toward the account-wide generation allowance. The transcript itself is part of processing, not a study-tool generation.
How does the Back-to-School Offer work?
Eligible first-time subscribers receive the displayed Back-to-School price for their first four monthly billing cycles, then renew at the displayed regular monthly price. If you enter an ordinary promotion code, Acloom compares its first-four-payment savings with the Back-to-School Offer and applies the larger valid discount. Discounts do not stack.
Do one-time add-ons renew automatically?
No. Each add-on is a one-time, account-bound purchase for a specific Acloom service. It does not auto-renew, is not transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. An active paid plan is required to use it. Each pack has a 180-day service period beginning on its purchase date. Ending a paid plan pauses use but does not pause or extend that service period.
