How we publish

Public guidance should be useful before it is marketable.

Acloom publishes product and study guidance for students. These standards explain how we separate verified behavior, practical examples, and limitations so readers can judge the material for themselves.

Last materially reviewed

One intent, one canonical guide

Every solution page must answer a distinct student task. Overlapping phrases are assigned to one canonical URL instead of becoming several keyword-swapped pages.

Claims checked against the product

Supported inputs, outputs, limits, and workflows are checked against deployed configuration and application behavior before publication. Disabled or planned features are not marketed as available.

Limitations stay visible

Guides identify relevant boundaries such as recording permission, transcription uncertainty, OCR quality, visual-only material, and the need to verify important academic or clinical information.

Changes require a material review

A page receives a new updated date only when its guidance, product facts, or examples materially change. Dates are not refreshed merely to make old content appear new.

Publication gate

What an indexable guide must contain

  1. 01A specific student audience and search intent.
  2. 02A direct answer that works without reading the whole page.
  3. 03A realistic input-and-output example identified as illustrative.
  4. 04Concrete workflow steps and outputs supported by the product.
  5. 05Visible review boundaries and source-quality limitations.
  6. 06Useful internal links rather than a network of orphan pages.
  7. 07Unique metadata, canonical ownership, and sitemap eligibility.
  8. 08A named reviewer and material publication or update dates.

Corrections

Tell us when something is wrong

Product behavior and provider capabilities change. If a public guide is inaccurate, unclear, or missing an important limitation, send the page URL and the specific concern. We review corrections against the current application and update the page when the evidence supports a change.
