Acloom transcribes audio or video and extracts supported course resources. Source quality affects every later output.

Once session sources are ready, Acloom starts the initial Summary, Detailed Notes, Flashcards, and Multiple Choice set automatically.

Short Answer, Long Answer, and Essay Prep are available when the student chooses to create them.

Tutor retrieves relevant material from the current session and answers within that study context.
What grounding means here
Study outputs should be supported by material available in the session. Acloom checks structure, removes exact duplicates, and rejects unsupported content while retaining valid work. Grounding reduces risk; it does not make AI infallible.
Where students still need judgment
Poor audio, handwriting, complex diagrams, tables, formulas, and OCR errors can affect results. Verify assessments, clinical facts, calculations, and other important information against the original material and instructor guidance.
Are study materials generated automatically?
After all session sources are ready, the initial Summary, Detailed Notes, Flashcards, and Multiple Choice artifacts start automatically. Short Answer, Long Answer, and Essay Prep remain user-triggered.
Can generated notes contain errors?
Yes. Transcription and generated study materials can contain mistakes, especially when audio or source extraction is unclear. Verify important information against the original course sources.
What if a generation attempt cannot produce the full target?
Acloom keeps valid grounded work, may request only missing items, and uses safe recovery behavior. It should not invent unsupported facts merely to reach a count.
